Lasst Minute Sweetss has done more than refine an old tradition. With a fuse of unique techniques and traditional baking styles Lasst Minute Sweetss developed from Mother -Daughter time in the kitchen, long talks on the phone and later a ton of instagram shares. Mama Baker has been baking since Home Ec days in Jr. High School. So, she is the most experienced when it comes to the reading of recipes and ol’school baking techniques and hacks. She has always enjoyed baking desserts for her family especially her father (my paw-paw) who was a diabetic “had the suga”. This is where some of the refining came in. Creating tasty sugar free desserts for him. Baking then expanded for Mama Baker when she got married and had children. She was then re- named the Family Baker for every holiday and all family gatherings. She found a joy in gifting her desserts and confections to both family and friends during holidays and special occasions. Some favorites were Brandy-soaked Fruit Bundt Cakes, Peanut Brittle, a very Rich Chocolate Cake and Peach Cobbler to name a few. These are now named our “Signature Desserts”. She shared most of her time with her children creating memorable moments and catering to their interest in various activities. During these moments she embraced the little helper that would assist her during her baking chronicles, Daughter Baker (Briana).

Daughter Baker has always been a helper to Mama at an early age, so it was not a surprise that she quickly developed a love for baking as well. She enjoys baking for close friends and now all of you. Sharing what she always has at home which is Love and Somethin’ Sweet with each of you. Daughter Baker specialty is design, creating unique flavor combinations and the baking science. Sharing love and passion through creating the most amazing specialty desserts and flavors keeps this Mama and Daughter in the kitchen together and on the phone for long hours of the day.
